Today, some unscruplus women are really so much materialistic that they can go any extent to fulfully their material needs. I hate this all bullshit which is happing around us nowadays. For some pity things, these women are filing cases to destroy the huminity, moreover due to vote bank politics, these law are getting strigent, more and more. It's a proper time to awake otherwise everything will be destroyed by these unscruplus women. This is fact in modern scenario. Funny thing in today world everything is unsecured. like Job,education,travelling, life but in all this insecurity Law provide's security of earning to wife. means husband earn or not give the money to wife or Accept the jail food for lifetime. but if wife is earning and husband demand maintenance & she don't pay then none of wife had jailed throughout India. husband get 1 Rs from wife parents then it is Dowry , husband can punished for 5 years, same wife getting Thousand of money from same husband under the threat of jail, under the name of maintenance , it is legal.At the most she wil secretly marry to other guy and keep earning from earlier husband. who can prove second marriage? because court themselves don't collect the proof. it is husband duty to keep watch on wife life after dispute.in this big world who will go into whose house to see what they are doing & what is the relation? Legal system is made like once married means husband should loose everything he has like house, money, health , carrier.family health or keep sustaining harrasment by the hand of wife and her parents. failed marriage husband never should recover from the losses this the policy of Law maker. failed marriage is bread, butter of Lawyer. even the murderer don't loose the right on his own house, but the husband loose his hard earned house and law make him compulsory to stay on road.
