“Economic Terrorism”(as referred to by John Perkin’s book “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man”: summary 1 & summary 2) is one reason why UN and hence USA is pushing family breaking laws into India and other countries(recent attempt being the attempt to introduce vexatious I-VAWA or the International (for all countries) Violence against Women Act, if I-VAWA is implemented Indian Women organisation and others who will ensure the breaking of our family system will get 1 billion US dollars).

To know why they are after breaking the Indian family system please note that in India the family akes care of the senior citizens, the children, the family members who cannot support themselves and the women who need their support and the government does not have to spend anything as social expenditure for this to be in place. But in countries like USA the social expenditure as a percentage of GDP is 23.4% (this figure is for the 1990s), Sweden tops the list with 30.6% (see the image below for the list, one could refer this webpage for more details).
So once India also is made to spend substantial percentage of GDP in social expenses (after breaking the family system here, which makes social expenditure by government redundant at present), we will acquire more debt and be economic slaves, who can be ordered anything around by the masters/money lenders (see how economic terrorism works from John Perkins Videos below or summaries of his book above)

UN and women organizations are deliberately popularizing false statistics of violence on women (see the Advertisement above, by UNIFEM using Google ad syndication, the widget from UNIFEM is also blogged here)

Request go through the link of media radar, which will prove that UN themselves conceded that the above statistic of 70% Indian women are subjected to domestic violence is a false statistic.

Here is the correction by Washington post on the same subject after media radar cornered them.

***********
Correction by Washington Times (quoted below for ready-reference):

Using a chart published in a 2005 U.N. Population Fund report — which the U.N. agency now says was misleading — a London Daily Telegraph article published in Nov. 13 editions of The Washington Times incorrectly stated the frequency of wife abuse in India. The agency says that it does not have sufficient data to provide such a figure and that the chart was intended to show that 70 percent of Indian women who were abused by their husbands think such abuse is justified in at least some circumstances.

*************
As you can see a chart of UN was misquoted (must be deliberately by the fund-mongering feminazi, to show the “Ultra” sad situation in India so that more donations fall into their begging bowls!), the chart actually said “70 percent of Indian women who were abused by their husbands think such abuse is justified in at least some circumstances.”

See the truth with open eyes, do not succumb to the drivel that the feminist media wants you to chew on and get brainwashed for the promotion of their vested interests.

This is how they (economic terrorists like UN!) pump money into Indian and get mercenaries and feminazies to wreck destruction in Indian families. This is how errant wives are sustained and promoted! “Economic Terrorism” (as referred to by John Perkin’s book “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man”) is one reason why UN and hence USA is pushing family breaking laws into India and other countries (recent attempt being the attempt to introduce vexatious I-VAWA or the International (for all countries) Violence against Women Act, which will pump around 1 billion US dollars to women organizations and other family breaking projects).

This is a good read to know what I mean when I say feminazi and why this false propaganda against men is so

The U.S. Govt. is planning to table a bill in its Senate and the Lower House named the iVAWA which stands for “International Violence against Women Act”. Not to be surprised at all, it will be completely anti-male and in the name of Women Empowerment, Male Entrapment would be passed off as a social service. The U.S. Govt. is planning to release $ 1 billion, which works out to Rs. 4500 Crore for creating awareness about iVAWA and Indian feminists would easily get $ 200 million which works out to Rs. 900 crores for implementing iVAWA. Such an amount of money is sufficiently enough to ruin Indian men’s lives.

Apart from being gender biased, the iVAWA is actually “A Ticking Social Bomb” which will be covered shortly, but before that I will share certain bare facts.

India enacted its first domestic violence laws in 1983, over a decade before the United States passed the Violence against Women Act in 1994. Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code mandates the arrest and jailing of the husband accused of domestic violence, along with his male/female relatives. Under Indian law, such persons are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

According to a survey by Professor Murray Straus of the United States, females in India are more likely to engage in severe domestic violence (punch, hit, kick, or choke) than males.[1] Despite that fact, Indian domestic violence laws consider only women as victims and does not take account the male victims. This method of prevention of domestic violence has miserably failed in India.

In four years from 2004-2007, more than 123,000 women and 423,000 men were arrested and jailed without investigation or trial under the domestic violence legislation Section 498A. These figures are from the National Crime Records Bureau. This is one of the worst violations of civil rights ever reported in India. Therefore, the Indian Home Ministry has directed all the States to stop misuse of this law and put an end to jailing of innocent people.

The above data clearly shows that “Experiments designed to project controlling of Domestic Violence” have not only miserably failed, but they have probably resulted in unintended consequences also as explained above.

And now by way of iVAWA, the U.S. Govt. is spending $ 1 billion which amounts to Rs. 4500 crores on spreading more male hatred in the society and break more families, and all this, when the U.S. is heavily drowned in debt. The Frontline did an exclusive piece on the U.S. economy in Mar 2009 bringing out hard facts about the U.S. economy. The entire video is available at the link.

Highlights of the video are,

The U.S.A. Govt. is having a national debt of 10 Trillion Dollars as of now (i.e. as on the date of the video 24 Mar 2009).

It does not have money to run its daily expenditures as well and borrows money at the rate of 70 Billion Dollars daily at extravagant rates.

This entire fiscal deficit that kept rising and depleted the US treasury was filled by taking loans from China, India, Japan and the Saudi as part of US Treasury Reserve Securities. In fact, currently an estimated 50 Billion Dollars from India, 100 Billion Dollars from China and 120 Billion Dollars from Japan are in the US Treasuries.

A more detailed explanation of the same is available at, “Are we Indians really working for ourselves – Think!”

And now the current U.S. debt as per US National Debt Clock stands at $ 12 trillion+ which is around Rs. 550 Lakh Crores. The U.S. is able to maintain such a high debt only because it is considered a developed country and developing countries like India, China, etc. are lending money to the U.S.

With a staggering and ever increasing debt in the vicinity of Rs. 550 Lakh Crores, the U.S. is now planning to approve a further 4500 crores worldwide for spreading more male-hatred under the guise of the implementation of iVAWA. The Violence against Women Act (VAWA) in the U.S. is already a failed experiment and the above economic prescription has proven the financial prowess of American politicians. In such a situation, unleashing another social bomb called the iVAWA and wasting Rs. 4500 crores for that, how prudent would that a decision be for the already fluttering U.S. Govt., is something to ponder over.

Not only that, in order to achieve the $ 1 Billion price tag, the U.S. Govt. will borrow more from countries like India resulting in,

More economic problems,

Higher rate of inflation,

More corruption,

Increased unemployment,

Skyrocketing suicides,

for India to name a few. Added to that, with the money borrowed from India, it will be further used to break the existing family system of India by creating more fatherless children, single-parent families, teenage pregnancies, juvenile crime, drug abuse, etc. with another anti-male, anti-social gender obsessed unconstitutional law, the iVAWA.

The iVAWA is a ticking social bomb waiting to explode. If we the citizens of India want to save India from the catastrophic after-effects of iVAWA, then join me in condemning the law and urging the U.S. Govt. to exclude India from the iVAWA.

Sub: Result of online poll conducted by Bhavya Foundation on implementation of I-VAWA

Bhavya Foundation is a registered NGO works for the welfare of child in general and children caught in a matrimonial dispute of their parents in particular. Foundation specially creates awareness in matters of Fatherless Children. Bhavya Foundation is headquartered at Rai-Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was founded on 10th August 2009. Its launch was aptly covered by the media as shown here.

Responding to media reports about the proposed law, “International Violence against Women Act (I-VAWA)” to be introduced soon in the U.S. senate and the cabinet, Bhavya Foundation, carried out an online poll. The U.S. Govt. is said to release $ 1 Billion for implementing the law in various countries including India. This will give Indian feminists a couple of million dollars to spread more anti-male agenda in order to justify the existence of the law.

Realizing that the implementation of such a law will promote family breaking in India and will lead to more fatherless children, Bhavya Foundation has joined the online protest launched by the Indian Affiliate Chapter of the Association for International Men’s Rights Activism and Welfare (AIMRAW), details of which can be found at, “Exclude India from I-VAWA”.

In its initiative to stop spreading of further male-hatred in the society under the guise of implementation of the I-VAWA act and saving more children from becoming fatherless, Bhavya Foundation carried out an online poll. The question asked in the poll was,

Will implementation of iVAWA in USA promote fatherless society in India?

And the options were,

Yes, definitely it will.

No, in no way.

Can’t say.

98.3% of the voters feel that the implementation I-VAWA in USA will definitely promote fatherless society in India.

Some of the voters have left their comments as well, the gist of which is as follows,

Already Section 498A and the Domestic Violence has broken enough families, created enough fatherless families, now the US should not do more such damage by introducing I-VAWA.

President Obama talks of importance of fathers on Father’s Day and his Govt. is promoting fatherless society in India, this is double standards.

India is ahead of the US in implementing anti-male laws. It has passed a law (Section 498A) that mandates arrest on a complaint by married woman 11 years before the US implemented the VAWA Act. The VAWA act came in the US in 1994, whereas Section 498A came in 1983 in India and hence US should not feel it is the champion of anti-male laws and should stay out of India.

The poll results and the comments clearly indicate that the Indian citizenry is not ready for another gender biased anti-male law like the I-VAWA and India should be excluded from it.

Bhavya Foundation, based on the poll result, urges the US to exclude India from I-VAWA and to not to indulge in promoting “Legal Terrorism” and “Fatherless Society” in India.

Request to Exclude India from i-VAWA bill proposed to be tabled in Senate

The International Violence against Women (i-VAWA) bill is proposed to be tabled in Senate in next couple of months. There are serious controversies in India due to misuse of the laws meant for protection of women. It is appropriate for US to allow Govt of India to deal with these issues.

So, US Senate must exclude India in i-VAWA bill.

President of India, Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil on 26th Dec 2007, referring to misuse of VAW legislation in India:

““Let me put in a word of caution and sage counsel. Empowerment does not mean setting women against men. Gender injustice cannot and should not be perceived as war or rivalry between the two sexes.”

“Instances exist whereby protective legal provisions for the benefit of women have been subjected to distortion and misuse to wreak petty vengeance and to settle scores. It is unfortunate if laws meant to protect women get abused as instruments of oppression.” Click here to read more.

Some Facts:

India is ahead of US in legislating and implementing stringent laws against Violence against Women (VAW). The first law against physical and mental harassment as well as cruelty against women, the Section 498A of Indian Penal Code was implemented in India in year 1983, i.e. at least a decade earlier than US implemented Violence against Women Act (VAWA) in 1994.

This Law against Violence against Women (VAW) which mandates arrests of accused men and his relatives (male or female) has been grossly misused in India. For example, more than 1,23,000 women and 3,70,000 men were arrested and jailed without investigation for under this law in last 4 years alone (2004-2007).

The Amnesty International and Feminist Groups from India, who received funds from USAID have not given complete information to Senate about disastrous impact due to wrong implementation and misuse of these women specific laws in countries like India, even though they are very well aware of these facts.

Indian Supreme Court and even President of India have shown serious concern and have warned people of India about misuse of the laws against Violence against Women, a potential gender war, breaking of India’s age old family system and its potential social costs on children.

US State Department carried a Travel warning for US citizens travelling to India to get married about these draconian laws for couple more than 4 years.

Statistics and studies have found that women in India are 2 times safe than women in US either at homes or outside.

The further funding of US to agencies via USAID in India towards aimed at retaining such draconian biased laws does not help Indian state nor its citizens. There is a growing concern among Indian citizens that US and western funding is indirectly responsible for harming Indian family system.

Quotes:

“Dealing a blow to women’s rights activists who have been stringently defending the Section 498A provision of the Indian Penal Code, Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan on Saturday said that in some cases this section—that deals with matrimonial cruelty—was being ‘grossly misused’.”

-Chief Justice of Indian Supreme Court, K.G.Balakrishanan, referring to misuse of the VAW Law enacted in 1983.

“By misuse of the provision (Section 498a) a new legal terrorism can be unleashed. Merely because the provision is declared constitutional, it does not give licence to unscrupulous persons to wreak personal vendetta.”

“In such cases acquittal of the accused does not wipe out the ignominy suffered during and prior to trial. Sometimes adverse media coverage adds to the misery”.

“The object is to strike at the root of dowry menace. But by misuse of the provision a new legal terrorism can be unleashed. The provision is intended to be used as a shield and not an assassin’s weapon. If [the] cry of “wolf” is made too often as a prank, assistance and protection may not be available when the actual wolf appears”

-Indian Supreme Court Bench referring to the harm caused by draconian VAW laws in favour of women in India.

http://www.thehindu.com/2005/07/22/stories/2005072202631500.htm

Travel Advisory by US State Department on Dowry Immigration Fraud in India

“A number of U.S. citizen men who have come to India to marry Indian nationals have been arrested and charged with crimes related to dowry extraction. Many of the charges stem from the U.S. citizen’s inability to provide an immigrant visa for his prospective spouse to travel immediately to the United States.

“The courts sometimes order the U.S. citizen to pay large sums of money to his spouse in exchange for the dismissal of charges. The courts normally confiscate the American’s passport, and he must remain in India until the case has been settled. There are also cases of U.S. citizen women whose families force them against their will into marriages to Indian nationals.”
